CES provided professional services for the Freddy’s Restaurant and Starbucks Coffee building on Commerce Boulevard in Barstow, CA.   This development consisted of a Freddy’s Restaurant building with 1 drive thru lane and emergency escape lane, parking, signage and a Starbucks Coffee building with drive thru and parking.   CES provided all onsite Civil Plan preparation, Site Plan, Grading and Stormwater design with required WQMP documents, retaining wall design, water utility design plans per Golden State Water standards.  In addition CES provided required entitlement application, documents and representation at public hearings for a Conditional Use Permit approval, sign application documents and approvals.  Both the Freddy’s restaurant and Starbucks buildings are scheduled to open in early 2023.
