
CES provided professional services for the Taylor Hills subdivision a 348 lot subdivision on 42 acres in Lexington County SC. CES services included the preliminary plat, design of 6,570 l.f. public roadways, 8” water and 8” sanitary sewer infrastructure, SCDOT roadway connection improvements, grading and stormwater design, and SWPP package. Final pad certification for commencement of home building is scheduled for mid 2023.
