CES provided planning and civil engineering services for the Meadow Springs subdivision, a 92 lot single family home subdivision on 24 acres in Camden SC. CES services included the preliminary plat, design of 3,400 l.f. of public roadways, 8” water and 8” sanitary sewer infrastructure, SCDOT roadway connection improvements, grading and stormwater design, SWPP package, and wetlands survey. Final pad certification for commencement of home building is scheduled for early 2023.
