CES provided professional services for the Recovery and Rehabilitation Center in Morristown Arizona 35 miles northwest of Phoenix. This development consisted of a 70 bed drug rehabilitation center, with parking, water storage and sewer septic system. CES provided all onsite Civil Plans, site plan layout, grading and stormwater design, SWPP package, water and sewer utility design plans, fire suppression storage tank with pump system, domestic water tank with pump system, fireline, septic tank and leach field and offsite roadway plans per Maricopa County standards.
