CES provided professional services for the Tommy’s fully automatic carwash and Habit Burger restaurant on San Jacinto Avenue in San Jacinto CA. This development consisted of a Tommy’s carwash building with 3 drive thru lanes, and a multi-chambered recycling system for carwash water, and 17 vacuum stalls. It also consisted of a Habit Burger restaurant with drive thru and parking. CES provided all onsite Civil Plan preparation, Site Plan, Grading and Stormwater design with required WQMP documents, water utility design plans per EMWD standards for Tommy’s and Habit Burger site design integration. In addition CES provided required entitlement application, documents and representation at public hearings for a Conditional Use Permit approval, sign application documents and approvals, and offsite roadway and median improvement plans. Both the Tommy’s carwash and Habit Burger restaurant opened in 2022.
